A Geologist by background, Chike has over 35 years of solid E & P experience in a variety of working and leadership roles. He has held several top leadership positions in the industry including Group Managing Director of Aiteo Eastern Exploration and Production Company (AEEPCo); Managing Director of Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Ltd (SNEPCo); Chairman, Shell Nig. Closed Pension Fund Administrator Ltd.; General Manager, Onshore and Shelf Exploration, Shell Nigeria; Onshore & Shelf Exploration Manager, Shell Nigeria; Business Development and Exploration Manager, Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC); Chief Geologist, SPDC; Asset Development Manager, East, Shell Nigeria; Senior Production Seismologist, Production Development Company of Oman to name a few.

Chike prides himself as a mature professional with broad knowledge of the E & P Business, Mergers and Acquisitions, Financial Institutions, Commercial contract and sales agreements, etc backed with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills that have sustainably resulted in very good network/relationship with various other professionals in Government and Government parastatals, National Assembly, NNPC, Banks, IOCs operating within and outside Nigeria, and several other stakeholders and Companies (global and local).
He is a Foundation Board Member of International Breweries Nigeria.

Chike holds a B.Sc. degree in Geology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and attended senior leadership programmes at Ashbridge Business School London and Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania USA. He also holds an honorary Doctor of Science (D. Sc) award from Anambra State University.
