Executive Oil and Gas industry professional with 30 years’ experience spanning Technical, Audit Business Planning, integration and leadership with international multinational oil and gas company – Shell Nigeria.

Beatrice was at various times board member of Shell Nigeria Closed Pension Fund Administrator (SNCPFA) Ltd; Shell Nigeria Infrastructure Development Co. Ltd; Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Co (SNEPCO) Ltd and Shell Exploration and Production Africa (SEPA) Ltd.

As a leading female for most of her career, Beatrice broke new ground and played a key role in improving the diversity of thought and ideas in the Company.

Beatrice areas of expertise amongst others include Development/Technical (Onshore and Offshore), Strategy, Business Planning & Business Performance, Technical Planning, Oil and Gas studies.

Beatrice holds a B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Benin and attended several inhouse and external leadership programmes over her career in the Shell group.
